FRESTYL Interview

"Amycanbe is a band that deserves some good attention. They’ve always been under your nose during these years, especially if you are a fan of searching for new music online. The thing is, their music requires some attention in order to be appreciated, which is exactly what the “virtual” audience often does not have. They remind you that you only need an aesthetic sensitivity and something to say to make good music. It’s very simple, like their tunes. “No tricks”, as they tell you. They also remind you that in Italy there are still things to be proud of, like the high quality of some artistic products such as the music of Amycanbe. Their new record, Mountain Whales, is out now. Check it out, calmly."
